Program Name & Description
Denny's Legacy Series is an amateur bass fishing tournament series held on Lake Minnetonka, Minnesota, running since 1989. This website and its associated services (“the Platform”) provide tournament results, angler profiles, team standings, schedules, registration, and related communications for the series.
By using the Platform, submitting the contact form, or registering for a tournament, you agree to these Terms of Service.
SMS Messaging Terms
Denny's Legacy Series may use SMS (text messaging) to communicate tournament-related notifications to participants and contacts. This includes but is not limited to:
- Tournament schedule updates and reminders
- Registration confirmations
- Weather delays, cancellations, or location changes
- Contact form submission confirmations
- Important announcements about the series
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 5 messages per month during the tournament season (typically May through September) and fewer during the off-season. Messages are sent only when there is relevant tournament information to communicate.
Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier will apply to any SMS messages sent or received. Denny's Legacy Series is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your messaging plan.
Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time. To stop receiving text messages from Denny's Legacy Series:
- Text STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Denny's Legacy Series unless you opt back in.

Consent & Opt-In
